wow, its actually been like a year and a half since a life drawing update. well, here we go.

so I would upload some gesture, but I really don't have many photos besides these. even these are actually from a couple months ago as well. my system for photographing newsprint sucks.

heyyy update
oil painting is marginally less horrifying after the recent semester. for some reason, still life is simultaneously more relaxing and way more intimidating than portraiture in oil. I guess that's a testament to how much life drawing I do. or a horrible shameful display of how little drawing I do apart from figure. in general?
hm.
taking portraiture in oil with Matt Smith next term. it will be my last term at Watts for a while while I pursue an academic degree.
also titanium white + burnt umber is such a beautiful color. I love it.
